Giovanni's is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 5:00 P.M.

Meet our Chef's:
Our Head Chef, Cody Heaton-born in Arcadia found his calling to cuisine after years of playing baseball in college. Chef Cody enrolled in the renown Culinary institute: Le Cordon Bleu in North Hollywood where he obtained knowledge in culinary expertise. Upon graduation Chef Cody worked for 6 years at Annandale Country Club located in the Heart of Pasadena where he worked under Chef Jim Harringer otherwise known as "The Goat". After acquiring many skills from Jim at Annandale Country Club Chef Cody went on to be a private catering chef in bermuda where he was given the opportunity to take advantage of the autonomy and apply his set of skills and culinary expertise to his career.
In 2018 Cody has honored us at Giovanni’s Ristorante bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touches, becoming our Head Chef and on any given day Chef Cody can be found creating dishes such as specials he has delighted us with being a seafood risotto entree or a pork belly dish! We are excited to see what else he comes up with! Chef Cody believes the most flavorful cuisine is made simply with the best, highest quality products and he considers it part of his job to inspire and enrich each guests experience with the use of fresh ingredients.
Our Pizza Maker, Michael Z. born in Paramount, CA entered the restaurant/culinary industry back in 2014 where he worked playing many roles from dishwasher, to prep cook, to now where he makes fantastic pizzas!
Michael’s Father owned a restaurant where he firmly believed in farm to table food offerings. He bred farm animals and served only the freshest and highest quality foods to his patrons. Michael has been inspired from his upbringing and father's high quality standards that he takes pride in the ingredients and quality that goes into each step of making pizzas. It all begins with the process to make the dough to the wonderful ingredients that he pairs to make the pizza complete and full of flavor.
Our Pastry Chef, Luisa- born in el salvador has always loved food and grew up cooking with her nanny and her nannies sister Maria which are some of her fondest memories. Luisa attended the pasadena school of culinary arts and has a broadened experience in the culinary arts dating back 18 years!
Luisa worked in the south of france and el salvador where she opened her own catering business and was a private chef with a prestigious list of clients. Luisa has mastered the art of pastries and loves using fresh ingredients in everything she cooks.
